Parabeaming.com, an initiative of Jeroen Mente and Michael Nederlof, was conceived in the Finch Bar, Amsterdam, in December 2007. Parabeaming is a combination of flying a paramotor and beaming advertisements.

The idea was born when Jeroen and Michael found out how difficult it was for sponsors to stand out during pop concerts and other outdoor events. They wanted to find a way to attract the crowd's attention more easily.

After finding 2 excellent partners (Moonair and Beamsystems) and after months of laborious preparation and testing, they were able to translate their idea into a working prototype.
